I derive the greatest artistic satisfaction through a process of acquiring a special gem, intuitively responding to its light and form, visualizing it in its own unique golden world, then carefully refining and realizing that vision, and finally having someone respond to and own that vision. Inherent in the crystals and gemstones is an elegant symmetry and equilibrium, a geometry that has always been a natural part of my own innate aesthetic feeling, hence my work is very symmetrical and balanced.
