 Sharon Butler has been exhibiting her three-dimensional artwork at the Primavera Gallery for over 22 years. Her work has been shown throughout the United States and Internationally.

 Kent Butler, whose work has been shown throughout the United States and Internationally, has been with the Primavera Gallery for 22 years. A local Ojai artist, Kent works in all mediums and enjoys a variety of subjects.

 Jannene Behl began painting 13 years ago. Since that time she has become an International renowned artist known for her Pastels and Plein Air paintings. Jannene has won numerous awards and has been with Primavera Gallery since 2004.
“Khaled Al-Awar and his lovely wife Sheryl have been an inspiration to me. I met Khaled in 2002, when he predicted that I would be exhibiting my artwork in Primavera Gallery within two years. He was right. An artist needs more than just a place to display her work. With gentle guidance, ideas, and support from Khaled my experience with Primavera Gallery has been life changing.  “Plein air painting cultivates my relationship with the honesty of nature. It is the essence of a place that is at the core of my work and I am often drawn to the more intimate aspects of a landscape, a moment in time or a specific feeling that unfolds when I’m quiet. I find myself on a never-ending journey of inquiry and observation. As the observer, I witness the details of what is before me and as the artist, I translate what I see and feel onto the canvases I paint.

 “Twenty-five years in Ojai – now that’s something to celebrate! Congratulations to Khaled for sustaining such a wonderful gallery where art lovers and artists can meet through their work. Primavera is an important part of our community in Ojai which I was privileged to join. I moved to Ojai 20 years ago, and having a gallery like Primavera in town gives me an essential outlet for my work – Khaled’s encouragement has been part of our success together.
